Tim Holt

Tim is an experienced attorney with 38 years of practice dedicated to estate and financial planning. He has run his firm for more than 30 years, providing comprehensive strategies—including asset protection, tax mitigation, and wealth preservation—to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and medical and dental professionals. His mission is to shield clients from the uncertainties of the legal system and predatory legal practices by crafting custom solutions that address each client’s unique needs and goals.

Tim’s credentials further underscore his expertise. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah College of Engineering—graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning induction into Tau Beta Pi—and ranked in the top 10% of his class at the University of Utah College of Law, where he also served as an editor of the Law Review.

In 1998, Tim broadened his expertise by entering the investment and securities arena.
